Serves 4-8

Ingredients:
•2 (15 oz.) cans garbanzo beans
•1/2 cup Tahini (ground sesame seeds)
•1/2cup extra virgin olive oil
•6 tbsp. freshly squeezed lemon juice
•2 or more garlic cloves
•1/4 cup or more soy sauce
•2 tbsp. or more Cumin
•2 tsp. pepper
•1/2 tsp. or more Cayenne pepper as a garnish

Directions: Place all food in food processor and blend until very smooth. Add more oil or soy sauce as needed.

Serve as a spread, on pita bread or as a salad.
