Serves 6

Ingredients:

•1 can black beans, rinsed
•1 1/2 cup corn, thawed, or cut fresh off cob
•1/2 cup chopped green or red pepper
•1 medium tomato, chopped
•1/2 cup chopped onion
•1/4 cup lime juice
•1/2 cup Italian salad dressing

Directions: Mix all ingredients in large bowl and let it marinate for about 20 minutes, then put it in the refrigerator until ready to serve.

Serving Suggestions: Serve with nacho chips, sour cream, and avocado slices on top.
