Serves 4-8
Ingredients:
2 (15 oz.) cans garbanzo beans
1/2 cup Tahini (ground sesame seeds)
1/2cup extra virgin olive oil
6 tbsp. freshly squeezed lemon juice
2 or more garlic cloves
1/4 cup or more soy sauce
2 tbsp. or more Cumin
2 tsp. pepper
1/2 tsp. or more Cayenne pepper as a garnish

Directions: Place
all food in food processor and blend until very smooth. Add more oil or soy sauce
as needed.
Serve as a spread, on pita
bread or as a salad.
