Ingredients:
4 cups shredded red
cabbage
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1/2 cup chopped green onions
1/4 cup salad oil
1 chopped green pepper
1/4 cup lemon juice
1 teaspoon salt
2 teaspoons sugar
2 Tablespoons minced parsley

Directions: Combine
and toss vegetables. Add salt, pepper, oil, lemon juice, sugar and parsley together
and pour over vegetables. Refrigerate before serving.
