Serves 4 to 6
Ingredients:
3 cups cooked sticky white rice
8 oz pineapple tidbits
1 Tablespoon soy sauce
1 teaspoon sugar
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 Tablespoon oil
2/3 cup sliced onions
1/2 jalapeno Chile, seeded and minced
3 cloves minced garlic
2 Tablespoons chopped fresh cilantro

Directions: Combine
one Tablespoon of pineapple liquid, soy sauce, sugar and salt.
Add oil to skillet and heat. Add onions, chile and garlic, cook until hot. Stir
in pineapple and sauce. Cook two minutes and stir in cilantro. Stir in cooked
rice until heated through.
