Ingredients:
- 1 bunch broccoli
- 1/2 cup cherry tomatoes
- 1 bunch green onions
- 1 pkg. Hidden Valley Ranch

Directions:
Make ranch dressing according
to the package directions and set aside. Cut broccoli into bite size pieces and
blanch. Drain broccoli and refrigerate to chill. It is best to cook the broccoli
the night before to allow for proper cooling. If you need to make the salad quicker,
four hours of cooling time will work. Thinly slice green onions and cut cherry
tomatoes into quarters. Combine onion and tomatoes with broccoli and chill until
ready to serve. Just before serving, pour ranch dressing over broccoli mixture
and mix until all veggies have been coated. Serve and enjoy!
