Serves 4

Ingredients:

  • 500g pasta
  • 2 tins peeled plum tomatoes
  • 3 or 4 small onions
  • Mushrooms (according to taste)
  • 16 sausages
  • Mixed herbs (according to taste)
  • Cheese (to sprinkle over the top)

Directions:

Put pasta in a pan to boil. Meanwhile, chop onions, mushrooms and tomatoes, do not keep the tomato juice. Fry sausages until cooked, then chop into quarters. Grate cheese. Fry onions and mushrooms and heat tomatoes. When pasta is cooked, place in oven safe big bowl. Add onions, mushrooms, sausages, tomatoes and herbs. Mix well. Sprinkle cheese over the top, place under a warm/hot grill until cheese melts and gently browns. Serve.

Prep Time: 15 minutes        Cooking Time: 1/2 hour

Serving Suggestions:

On its own, in a bowl. Easy if you have a fussy eater.
