Serves 2-4

Ingredients:

  • 1 (15 oz.) can garbanzo beans
  • 1/4 cup Tahini (ground sesame seeds)
  • 1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
  • 3 tbsp. freshly squeezed lemon juice
  • 1 or more garlic cloves
  • 1/8 cup or more soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp. or more Cumin
  • 1 tsp. pepper
  • 1/4 tsp. or more Cayenne pepper as a garnish

Directions:

Place all food in food processor and blend until very smooth. Add more oil or soy sauce as needed. Serve as a dip with crackers or raw vegetables.
