Serves 2-4
Ingredients:
- 1 (15 oz.) can garbanzo
beans
- 1/4
cup Tahini (ground sesame seeds)
- 1/4
cup extra virgin olive oil
- 3 tbsp. freshly squeezed
lemon juice
- 1 or more garlic cloves
- 1/8
cup or more soy sauce
- 1 tbsp. or more Cumin
- 1 tsp. pepper
- 1/4
tsp. or more Cayenne pepper as a garnish

Directions:
Place all food in food
processor and blend until very smooth. Add more oil or soy sauce as needed. Serve
as a dip with crackers or raw vegetables.
