Combine flour, seasoning,
parsley, onion and shallots in a bowl. Rub in the butter until the mixture resembles
fine breadcrumbs. Then add sufficient milk to make a soft but manageable dough.
Knead on a lightly floured board and shape into a round, approximately 1 inch
thick.
Cut into rounds and place
on a greased baking sheet, glaze with a little milk and bake at 400° F for
12-15 minutes.
