Directions:

Save the seeds as you carve your pumpkin. Throw out any bad seeds and wash them thoroughly in a collander under cold water. Spread them out on a towel in a single layer to dry.

Put the seeds in a mixing bowl with the other ingredients and combine. Spread them onto a 11 x 9 inch pan and bake at 300° F in a preheated oven. Stir every 15 minutes so they brown evenly. It should take about an hour before they're done.

Cool and eat. You can use these as part of a mix with M&Ms, dried cherries, roasted peanuts or any other ingredients you'd like.

Prep Time: 15 minutes         Cooking Time: 300° F for 1 hour
