Serves 8 people
Ingredients:
- 12" Italian bread shell
- 1 cup thinly sliced vegtetables
(such as red bell peppers, zucchini, mushrooms, onion)
- 1 teaspoon minced onion
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasonings
- 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella
cheese
- 2.2 oz can sliced black
olives, drained
- 1/2 teaspoon thyme leaves
- 1/4 cup shredded parmesan
cheese
- 1 tablespoon olive oil

Directions:
Preheat oven to 450 degrees.
Place bread shell on cookie sheet. In a bowl toss together vegetables, minced
onion, seasonings, mozzarella and thyme. Spread mixture over bread shell. Top
with olives and parmesan cheese. Bake for 8 to 10 minutes. Cut into 2 inch squares.
