Serves 4
Ingredients:
Sauce:
- 1/2 cup chopped onion
- 1/2 cup of fresh, sliced
mushrooms
- 1/2 cup water
- 1/2 cup Marsala wine
- 1/2 cup of butter or margarine
- 1 tsp. garlic salt
- 1 pinch of black pepper
- 1 pinch of red pepper
- 1 pinch of paprika
- 1 package of chicken gravy

Sauce Directions:
In a medium sauce pan,
melt the butter or margarine. Sauté the onions. Add the mushrooms and lightly
sauté them. Mix in the water and Marsala wine adding the salt, peppers, paprika
and chicken gravy mix. Blend thoroughly. Allow this mixture to simmer for 20 minutes.
Pork Chops Directions:
Before cooking the pork
chops, season them with salt and pepper (no more than 1 tbsp. each). Either broil
or grill the pork chops for 10 minutes on each side. Serve pork chops covered
with sauce.
