Ingredients:
- 6 large potatoes
- l tbsp. flour
- 2 eggs, beaten separatelyl/8
tsp. salt
- l small onion (grated)
- l/8 tsp. pepper

Directions:
Peel and grate potatoes
and place in sieve over a bowl to drip. When dry, add flour to water that has
dripped from potatoes and combine with well-beaten egg yolks, grated potatoes,
onion and seasonings. Fold in stiffly beaten egg whites. Place small portions
of mixtures into hot fat in frying pan and brown well on both sides until potatoes
are done.
Prep Time: 15-30
minutes Cooking time: Brown on both
sides.
Serving suggestion:
Serve these with sour cream.
