Serves 4
Ingredients:
- 4 Boneless Chicken Breasts
- 1/4 lb. Corned Beef
- 1 can Campbell's Condensed
Cream of Mushroom Soup
- 1 16 oz. Sour Cream
- 4 Bacon strips partially
cooked
- Garlic powder
- parsley flakes
- cooked rice

Directions:
Place strips of Corned
Beef in 8"x8" pan. Roll up Chicken Breasts with Bacon strips and place each on
a strip of Corned Beef. Mix soup with sour cream and pour over chicken. Season
with Garlic powder and parsley flakes. Serve over rice.
Prep Time: 45 minutes
Cooking Time: 250 for 3 hrs.
