Ingredients:
- 1 lb. chicken
- 1/2 cup white vinegar
- 1/2 cup soy sauce
- 3 cloves garlic, crushed
- 2 bay leaves
- salt and pepper

Directions:
Clean chicken and cut into
serving pieces. Place in a skillet or pan. Add vinegar, soy sauce, crushed garlic,
bay leaves, salt and pepper. Simmer and cook slowly, until practically all liquid
has evaporated and chicken is done and has turned brown.
Prep Time: 10 minutes
Cooking Time: 30-40 minutes
Serving Suggestions:
Serve with real Asian white
rice and soy sauce.
