Serves 4-6

Ingredients:

• 1 8 pk crescent roll dough
• 2 eggs
• 2 lb ground beef or turkey
• 1-16 oz can refried beans
• 1-16 oz sour cream
• 2 cups shredded cojack or cheddar cheese
• 2 packs taco seasoning

Directions:

Fry meat and drain, add taco seasoning and refried beans-Line 13X9 cake pan with crescent rolls(cover bottom of pan), pour meat/bean mixture on top, in small bowl mix eggs, sour cream and cheese, add this mixture to top of meat and cook for 20-25 minutes in 350 degree oven, (casserole should be brown on top). Garnish with fresh lettuce and tomatoes before serving.
