Ingredients:
- One oven ready turkey
- 1 tablespoon vegetable
oil
- salt and pepper
- herbs and seasonings to
taste

Directions:
Prepare grill for medium-high
heat Rinse turkey. Brush with oil. Season to taste, inside and out. Place turkey,
breast side up, in a roast holder set inside a large heavy-gauge foil pan. Place
in center of cooking grate. Cook 12 to 14 minutes per pound. Remove turkey from
grill and let stand 10 to 15 minutes before carving.
