Serves 4
Ingredients:
- 2 chicken breasts
- 1-2 chicken bullion cubes
- 1 can mixed veggies
- 1 can of biscuits
- flour
- water

Directions:
Bring 4-6 cups of water
to a boil, add bullion and chicken. Reduce heat to medium and cook chicken for
about 20 minutes or until chicken is no longer pink in the center. Remove chicken
and shred or cut into cubes. Add can of mixed veggies to the broth, put shredded
chicken back into the broth. Dredge biscuits in flour, tear each biscuit into
3-4 pieces and drop into the chicken broth. Cover and simmer on medium for about
7 minutes. Uncover and cook for another 5 minutes. You may need to add a little
water after adding chicken.

Cooking Time: 30-35 minutes
