Serves 8 to 10

Ingredients:

  • 27 oz. can sauerkraut, drained
  • 1 lb. cooked, chopped corned beef
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 8 oz. Thousand Island dressing
  • 1 1/4 cups milk
  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon dry mustard
  • 9 cooked lasagna noodles
  • 1 cup shredded Swiss cheese
  • 1/2 cup bread crumbs
  • 1 Tablespoon melted butter or margarine

Directions:

Preheat oven to 350 degrees fahrenheit. Greast 9" x 13" baking dish. Combine sauerkraut and beef. In separate bowl combine soup, dressing, milk, onion and mustard. Spread 1/2 cup of the mixture on bottom of baking dish. Layer three noodles over that. Top with half the corned beef mixture then half the remaining soup mixture. Add three more noodles, then rest of corned beef. Add last three noodles then cover with soup mixture. Sprinkle cheese and bread crumbs on top and add butter or margarine. Cover with foil and bake 45 minutes. Uncover and bake 10 more minutes or until brown on top.
