Serves 4
Ingredients:
- 4 Pork Chops
- 1/2 cup dry bread crumbs
- 1 Tablespoon vegetable
oil
- 1 can condensed tomato
soup
- 1/2 cup water
- 1 teaspoon Worcestershire
sauce
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 4 medium potatoes, quartered
- 8 small carrots, cut into
2 inch pieces

Directions:
Coat chops with bread crumbs.
Cook chops in hot oil until brown. Add soup, water, Worcestershire sauce, salt
potatoes, and carrots. Cover and heat on medium. Let simmer 35 minutes, until
pork and vegetables are tender.
