Serves 4-6
Ingredients:
- 2 pounds steak, cubed
- 12 large mushrooms
- 12 cherry tomatoes
- One green pepper, cut
in slices
- 6 small onions, cut in
half
- 4 small red potatoes,
quartered and parboiled
- Bottled barbecue sauce

Directions:
Prepare grill. Put meat,
each vegetable and potatoes on separate skewers. Put potatoes on the grill first,
turning often for 5 minutes. Next add meat skewers and green peppers. Then add
onion skewers, and close lid. At 10 minutes, brush with sauce, turning all skewers
often. After about 15 to 20 minutes, add tomatoes and mushrooms, and brush liberally
with sauce. Take individual skewers off grill as they are done. Remove from skewers
onto a large serving platter.
