Ingredients:
- One
frying chicken, cut up
- 5
large potatoes, sliced
- 3
large onions, sliced
- salt
and pepper to taste
- 1
cup chicken broth
- 1/2
cup sliced mushrooms
- chopped
parsley

Directions:
Make
alternate layers of chicken, potatoes and onions in a
frying pan. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Add small amount
of margarine if desired. Add broth. Cover and simmer one
hour. During last five minutes, add mushrooms. Sprinkle
parsley on top and serve.
