Ingredients:

2 (6 inch) pie crusts
- 2
onions, chopped
- 1
cup chicken, cubed
- 1
cup shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
- 1
egg, beaten
- salt
and pepper

Directions:
Preheat
oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit. Saute onions. Drain well
and stir in chicken and cheese. Mix in almost all the
egg and season with salt and pepper to taste. Pour mixture
into pastry-lined pan, and place second sheet of pastry
on top of filling. Seal edges and cut vents in top. Brush
pastry with remaining egg and place in preheated oven.
