HRT Enterprises is a design/development company that has been active in the toy industry for the past twenty-five years. The principals are Howard and Lynn Tarnoff. Howard brings an engineering background with specialties in electronics and manufacturing. Lynn's expertise is in education and child development. Together, they have successfully invented and licensed numerous products in all toy categories including games, preschool, activities, dolls, fashion, vehicles, spring and electronics.
