Galia Ozari is a freelance writer based in Long Island and a former early childhood educator. She has worked with children as a literacy volunteer and as a mentor for high-risk youth. As a former Pre-K and Kindergarten Head Teacher, Galia enjoys helping parents develop productive and positive relationships with their children's teachers.

Galia is a 1996 graduate of the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, with double majors in Psychology and Theatre Arts. She holds a Master of Art in Communication from William Paterson University, and a post-graduate teaching certification for levels nursery through 8th grade. Galia is looking forward to her summer 2007 wedding to her wonderful fiance David.
