Well I can't speak from personal experience but I seen this on supernanny and what she had the parents do was something like this: you put them in their own bed and if they get up to come sleep with you, you continusouly take them back to their bed. Eventually they will get the hint and tired and will fall asleep. It's going to be frustrating at first but don't give up or give in. Good luck!
