Have any of his teachers ever thought of Asbergers? It's a very mild form of Autism and avoiding eye contact along with inappropriate social cues is significant enough to take a look at. I hate putting kids in categories but it is best to know WHAT your are dealing with, identify it , before you can really move forward. I'll be thinking of you! Blessings!
