Have your father or brothers talked with him? Maybe what needs to happen is to set up some support for you with your family, so every time he acts out hat way you can call one of them to handle him like a man! The other part is maybe get him involved in a sport or some kind of mentoring. There's one called Boys to Men in a few areas of California and I'm sure other areas too. Not sure where you are. I agree he does need to get it together before he's a teen! I hope this is some what helpful!
