Have a 'Super Mega Sleep Over'. You can purchase all kinds of glow in the dark stuff on line from straws to necklaces, cups, bowas, etc. Plan LOTS of games, Truth or Dare, Have a scavenger hunt around the neighborhood, lots of food and drinks. We TP'd at my 12 year olds party. Also, you can play a older version of pin the tail on the donkey... buy a Jonas Brothers Poster and blind fold the girls, have them put dark lipstick on and kiss the poster. The one who comes closest to the lips wins a prize. Have all the girls come in their PJ's. Have a portion of the night be like a dance party. Then take them to the local video store in their PJ's to rent movies. They will have a blast.!
